central govt.must consider the age of central govt employees for retirement to reduce instead 60yr except some important deptt. in fact there are lot of young persons who are spending there life without job while they are qualified ,as aware all that if one post is vacant in any deptt than 100 persons filled the form and some 200 and 300 .as govt not creates more deptt or posts for this so how it will be possible to chance for youngest to get job very easily. indeed earlier the age of retirement was 52yr,henceforth 55yr than 58 yr and now 60 or more in some deptt.and at present time requre less age for retirement to pay opportunity to youngers jobless persons.
